Carole Parks Catering ("CPC") continually serves outstanding food. We are distinguished from hotel kitchens and lesser caterers by our refusal to cut corners on quality and quantity. CPC is a full service, off premise caterer. CPC has been incorporated since 1988, although Carole Parks herself has been in the catering business since 1967. In 1987, she concentrated her energies on off premises catering, becoming one of the top three off premises caterers in Atlanta. The success of Carole Parks Catering is owed to Carole's knowledge of food and her experience in planning events. CPC enjoys revenues in excess of five million per year, employs 60 people on a fulltime basis, with a kitchen staff of 30, uses 12 delivery vehicles, and operates out of a 16,000 square foot facility. During peak periods of the year, CPC employs over 150 additional part-time employees, usually as servers.

Carole Parks Catering services all types of functions, from wedding receptions to anniversary parties, from cocktail parties to seated and served dinners in the homes of our clients. In addition to running the executive dining rooms of many of the largest law firms in Atlanta, CPC also caters corporate breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
